I have worked in special education classrooms, facilitated IEP meetings, and worked within district systems, so I understand the demands educators face. My approach is grounded in a simple belief: strong systems protect teachers and students.

Through coaching, consulting, and professional learning, I help special education teachers, teams, and districts strengthen IEPs, improve systems and workflows, use data effectively, and build confident, collaborative practices.
